I contacted multiple silk-touch flower businesses for quotes and support, as I didn’t have a clear reference image of exactly what I wanted, it was all in my imagination. Hannah was the ONLY one who responded with a truly professional quote, complete with colour schemes, flower and greenery options, and a clear outline of the entire process.

Throughout the journey, Hannah consistently shared progress photos and was more than happy to make any changes I requested. That level of care meant the world to me, especially knowing these are the flowers you hold on one of the most important days of your life.
