Do you do large weddings?
We pride ourselves on curating bouquets for micro weddings, destination weddings and elopements. This means we don’t create on mass and cater for small intimate weddings, usually the bride’s bouquet and 1 bridesmaids’ bouquet. We also offer buttonholes/boutonnieres for the groom and grooms’ person. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if your requirements fall outside of this…….we’re more than happy to have that discussion with you to see what we can arrange.
Can I provide inspo pictures?
You can provide inspo pictures and vision boards, we love seeing where your heart is leading you. We ask you to remember that we don’t copy, we create!
Can my bouquet be posted to me?
We can post your bouquet within Australia using Australia Post. Delivery and insurance will be quoted after your date has been secured.
Why are your faux flower bouquets expensive?
Despite faux flowers appearing expensive, you will have a lasting reminder of your special day for years to come. We only use the best quality faux flowers made from silk, velvet and Real-touch™ materials, all handcrafted to be the best replica possible.
Can I pick up my bouquet?
Yes, you can. We are based on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland and offer pick up. We will provide the address for collection once your order is complete and paid in full. Alternatively, we can deliver on the Sunshine Coast for a small fee.
Can I order in advance?
Yes, absolutely! Your flowers can be stored until your special day, out of direct sunlight in a dust free and dry environment.
What should I do with my flowers after my wedding?
Your flowers will look beautiful, displayed in your home for years to come. You will receive information on caring for your flowers and cleaning when you receive your bouquet.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as bank transfer.
What is your refund policy?
Due to the personalised nature of our bouquet curating, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. Please be certain of your selection prior to purchasing. We pack your flowers very carefully, so please reach out if your flowers arrive damaged. We ask you to take pictures of both the packaging and product and send us an email. We can work together to resolve the problem.
We noticed you had a flower truck. Can you tell us more?
Daphne, the flower truck, is our ‘shop’ where we sell fresh flower bouquets on the Sunshine Coast. We are usually out a few mornings each week at regular locations. You can see Daphne’s schedule on our social media pages.
Do you have a bricks and mortar shop?
No, we don’t as such. Daphne, the flower truck is our fresh flower retail shop. Your faux wedding flowers are prepared in our at home flower studio on the Sunshine Coast.
